Admission
Epicure Skills Training is a Registered Training Organisation in Australia, offering vocational education and training to students from around the globe. Here is how the admission process works.
Five steps for overseas students
Research and select a course
Begin by exploring the various courses available at Epicure Skills Training. Choose a program that best fits your career goals and educational background. Ensure you meet the specific entry requirements for your chosen course.
Submit your application
Fill out the application form and provide accurate information, uploading the required documents such as academic transcripts, proof of English language proficiency, a copy of your passport and any visa-related documents.
Application review and offer letter
Once your application is received, the admissions team will assess your qualifications. If you meet the entry criteria, you will receive an offer letter outlining the details of the course, tuition fees and other important information.
Confirm your enrolment
To secure your place in the course, sign the offer letter and pay the required tuition fees as per the provided payment instructions. This may involve paying a deposit or the full tuition amount.
Apply for your visa and prepare for arrival
With your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE) from Epicure Skills Training, apply for an Australian student visa. Upon visa approval, make travel arrangements, attend any necessary orientation sessions and prepare to start your studies according to the course schedule.

What most courses require
Entry requirements vary between qualifications, and the requirements for each course are listed on its own course page. Across most qualifications, Epicure Skills Training requires applicants to:
- Be at least 18 years of age at the commencement of the course.
- Have completed Australian Year 12 or equivalent, or successfully completed an AQF Certificate III qualification or above.
- Participate in a course entry interview to determine suitability for the course and student needs.
- Meet Australian student visa subclass 500 requirements.
- Complete a Language, Literacy and Numeracy (LLN) assessment prior to commencing the course.
The minimum IELTS requirement generally falls between 6.0 for undergraduate courses and 6.5 for post-graduate courses. Other English language tests such as PTE and TOEFL may be accepted, provided results are supplied so Epicure Skills Training can confirm equivalence.
